Sufler from KPI Tech: AI assistant for car sales and service advisors

Sufler from KPI Tech is an AI assistant for car sales and service advisors at dealerships, and for the BDC team. Sufler is the consultant agent: it knows the customer, the vehicle and the history, and during a conversation it queries the knowledge graph and prompts what to say and what not to promise. It works in text and in voice, in an employee role and in a management role.

The data on the customer and their car sits in the DMS, the CRM and the mailboxes. During a call, sales and service advisors have no time to go through it, so they ask a colleague what was agreed last time.

How the rollout works
BENEFITS

What Sufler gives sales, service and management

It prompts what not to promise

Sufler knows the customers of a salesperson or service advisor and remembers what that person promised them. During a live call it prompts what to say and what not to promise.

Live call support

The CRM is filled in straight after the call

The employee dictates the note, and Sufler saves it on the customer record.

Note after the call

Type or speak

Staff type to Sufler from their phone between meetings, or call and speak. In both modes Sufler gives the same answer, because it uses the same data.

The handover list is ready in the morning

Before a handover, Sufler prepares the list of extras and documents for the salesperson.

Management sees which data Sufler accessed

Every query and every recommendation from Sufler goes into the action log with the time and the data source.

Every month you check Sufler’s work

The report shows what Sufler did, what came of it and where it needs correcting.

WHAT SUFLER DOES

  • Supports salespeople, service advisors and the BDC in conversations with customers
  • Remembers what the employee promised the customer
  • Flags what is overdue
  • Proposes the next step into the CRM as a task, which the employee accepts or dismisses

WHERE SUFLER STOPS

Sufler sees only what the person it works for sees in the CRM and the DMS. The role sets the scope.

Sufler prompts. A person makes any decision that costs money or changes contract terms.

WHAT SUFLER NEEDS FIRST

Sufler starts once the knowledge graph holds data on customers, their vehicles and visits, because it prompts from that data. We build the graph during the rollout. In a dealer group we often start the rollout with Sufler or with the Call Analyzer. The acceptance criteria go into the contract as numbers.

BEFORE THE ROLLOUT

Questions about Sufler in sales and service

What does management see in Sufler, and what does a salesperson or service advisor see?

In Sufler, management sees data for the whole group and an employee sees only their own customers. Management asks about the group and gets an answer from the graph with a link to the actual records; an employee asks about their own portfolio. The role sets the scope, exactly as in the CRM.

Where does Sufler get its data on the customer, their vehicles and visits?

The knowledge graph joins the customer, their vehicles, work orders, visits, contacts and consents into one record. We pull data from the DMS, the showroom CRM, telephony, mailboxes, manufacturer feeds and marketing, and merge duplicates on phone, email and chassis number. Every other tool works on that layer.

Where does the rollout start in a dealer group?

The rollout goes in stages, tool by tool, and at the end of each stage we check the number set in the acceptance criteria. It starts with a one-hour conversation about one dealership and one pipeline, after which you know which tool to implement first. We often start with Sufler or with the Call Analyzer, which shows what customer phone calls look like before we change anything.

You book the demo in the chat on this page. The public Sufler runs the chat: it answers questions about the platform, the tools and the rollout, shows the free slots and has no access to any CRM or customer data.
