From the first conversation to production in a few weeks
We do not sell a licence to a platform somebody in the group is then supposed to implement. We implement it ourselves, in stages, and every stage ends with a number. You pay for the rollout of a module and for the subscription from the moment it works. Nothing for integrations that never started.
We meet the management, the sales and service managers and the person who knows the DMS best. We check which data is available and in what quality.
We come out with a rollout plan: which modules, in what order, with what acceptance criterion.
We connect to the DMS and the CRM in read-only mode wherever that is enough. We build the customer knowledge graph. We start the module at one chosen site and look at the numbers together with your team.
The module runs. The learning loop compares its scores and recommendations with what then happened in the CRM, and calibrates the parameters.
Every month you get a report: what the agent did, what came of it, and where it needs correcting.
We start with the modules that deliver a result without changing the habits of the staff.
