What the website is for

The website provides information about the Sufler platform and the KPI Tech tools for dealer groups. The content is informational and is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Terms of cooperation are set out in a master agreement and in a SOW for each module.

The Sufler chat on this website

The chat has two modes. In conversation mode it answers questions about the platform, the tools and the rollout. It has no access to any CRM or to customer data, and it does not give prices. The answers are generated by a language model, so they may contain inaccuracies. What is binding is what we agree in a conversation with you.

In demo booking mode it collects a first and last name, a phone number, an email and a slot. By providing them you declare that they are yours or that you are entitled to provide them. We confirm the slot chosen in the chat by email before the end of the business day. How the data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.

The simulated conversation in the „Sufler” section of the home page shows a fictional customer, vehicle and figures. It is not the data of any dealer.

What is not allowed

You may not use the website or the chat for unlawful activity, for attempts to circumvent security measures, for sending bulk or automated submissions, or for providing other people data without authorisation. Submissions that bear the marks of abuse are deleted without contact.

Ownership of content

The texts, graphics, logo and the names Sufler, Prospector, Receptionist, CRM Controller, Personalizer, Lead Validator, Quality Loop and Sufler Connect belong to KPI Tech Sp. z o.o. Quoting with attribution is permitted. Copying the website in whole or in part for commercial purposes requires our consent.

Liability

We make every effort to keep the website running without interruption and the content up to date. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the website content or the chat answers, for interruptions in the website operation, or for the operation of websites the links lead to.

Governing law and changes

Polish law applies to the use of this website. Disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of KPI Tech Sp. z o.o., unless mandatory provisions of law state otherwise.

We may change these terms. A new version applies from the date given on this page.
